Abstract

Three-dimensional (3D) food printing is a recent technology that allows the development of customized and visually appealing foods. Developing new printers and recipes allows shape, color, texture, flavor, and nutrition customization, making them very useful in various fields such as space exploration and healthcare. This review aims to provide a comprehensive and digital gastronomy. Exploring the impact of the 3D printing the impact of 3D printing on the culinary arts and the role of automation in optimizing food production processes.
