Abstract

This document is a correction to our paper: Calculating Apparent pKa Values of Ionizable Lipids in Lipid Nanoparticles, Mol. Pharmaceutics 2025, 22, 1, 588–593. https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.molpharmaceut.4c00426 (also posted on ChemRxiv:https://chemrxiv.org/engage/chemrxiv/article-details/6605d0cd9138d23161947865). Equation 1 included a term kT rather than just 1. While the calculated apparent pKa values change they are still highly correlated with the experimental values. The conclusions do not change.
