Abstract

This paper continue talking about some questions in the experimental phenomenon and basic principle of soft ionization mass spectrometry, describe the forces between the charge and the analyte, ideal model of soft ionization technology, multi-charge and supercharging of proteins, mobility of gaseous ions in weak electric fields and so on.
