Abstract

In the present work, we have attempted a scalable method for the synthesis of MoS2/Graphene hetero-structure in an environmental benign solvent system. The results indicate that our approach is a possible method for the preparation of hetero-structures in solution. Moreover, thus obtained material shows better photoluminescence contrast compared to the individual counterparts and viable source of live cell imaging using PL.
