This work describes the in vitro binding of CB and Me4CB toward a panel of 10 drugs of abuse, and in vitro and in vivo assays to demonstrate the biocompatibility of Me4CB. In vivo efficacy studies show that Me4CB can control the hyper locomotion of animals treated with PCP.
